About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Representative with Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a key role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quotes and sell new policies to customers, ensuring they have the right insurance solution to protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies, ensuring a seamless experience
- Manage and follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience required, with applicable training provided for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
