Aon is seeking a skilled Resource Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the commercial insurance space. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering our clients to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.

About the Role

  • Manage client satisfaction and participate in decisions involving service-related issues and resolution/solutions with offshore/onshore teams.
  • Evaluate and recognize staff performance, recommend/provide training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee resources to accommodate workflow and manage client deliverables.
  • Monitor resources and transactions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests.
  • Audit performance to ensure client fulfillment meets expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues around ACS deliverables, escalating as required.
  • Provide direction and guidance to team members on complex client issues.
  • Conduct office and/or client visits as needed.
  • Participate in the development of client solutions with ARS Field Office Management.
  • Revises programs based on customer feedback and results, creating transition plans and timelines.
  • Manage special projects to streamline processes handled by offshore/onshore ACS partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Specialist and over 7 years of commercial insurance and/or related business experience.
  • Proven technical competency in commercial insurance, with the ability to create innovative and controlled solutions.
  • Experience in resource deployment and utilization management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels.
  • Proficient use of technology to meet internal and external client expectations.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced output-driven environment, multitasking and reacting quickly to non-routine tasks.
  • Proven leadership skills in a team environment.
  • Maintain appropriate brokers license.
  • Available to travel as needed/required.
