Job Title: Resource Manager

LG2 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Manager to support the Creative team at our Toronto office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's workload, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring effective communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CCO's complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of award submissions, including gathering materials, adhering to deadlines, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate team outings, events, and off-site meetings, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as email management, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Assist with office-related tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
  • Manage freelance resources by identifying needs, evaluating skills and availability, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective integration with the internal team.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a traffic manager or in a similar role, with solid resource management and project coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, even when things get chaotic.
  • A team spirit that shines in crucial moments, helping everyone stay on track.
  • A good ear for everyone's needs, ensuring clear and effective communication.
