Aon is seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions that support our clients' risk management needs.

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto office.

You will be responsible for managing client satisfaction, participating in service-related decisions, and collaborating with our offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and recognizing staff performance, recommending training and development opportunities
  • Overseeing resources to accommodate workflow and manage client deliverables
  • Monitoring resources and transactions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to ACS deliverables
  • Providing direction and guidance to team members on complex client issues
  • Conducting office and client visits as required
  • Participating in the development of client solutions with ARS Field Office Management
  • Revising programs based on customer feedback and results

This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance, resource deployment, and utilization management, as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Specialist and over 7 years of commercial insurance and/or related business experience
  • Proven technical competency in commercial insurance, with the ability to create innovative and controlled solutions
  • Experience in resource deployment and utilization management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels
  • Proficient use of technology to meet the expectations of both internal and external clients
  • Ability to identify and analyze client needs to develop solid solutions
  • Proven leadership skills in a team environment
  • Maintain appropriate broker's license
