Job Title: Resource Manager

At Proof Strategies, we're seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our creative and production projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and allocate resources across various projects, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with our Creative Director and Director of Production to scope, resource, and assign creative and production deliverables.
  • Develop and implement resource changes in response to evolving priorities and project requirements.
  • Work closely with our project managers to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide support in developing creative and production budgets and workback schedules, using Function Point for resource allocation management.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to secure resources for projects.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the creative team and across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a resource management role, preferably in a creative agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage creative and production resource workflow and allocations.
  • Working knowledge of the production process for various creative deliverables.
  • Excellent understanding of each resource's professional aptitudes and timing involved to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Experience in project scoping, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Strong track record in liaising with stakeholders, collaborating with teams, and forming productive working relationships.
  • Working experience with Function Point for budget, schedule, and task management.
