Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to provide top-notch customer support to our clients. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting callers, and providing required information. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call centre tools to prioritize customer needs.

    • Handle incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
    • Provide and request required information
    • Transfer calls or take messages as necessary
  • Technical Skills
    • Work on our state-of-the-art call processing system
    • Be trained on various call centre tools
  • Requirements
    • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
    • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
    • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
    • Good attendance
    • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
