Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Events: Arrange logistics for seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent outcomes.
  • Team Communication: Facilitate the flow of information within the team, promoting effective collaboration and productivity.
  • Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, office supplies, and other tasks that maintain a smooth office environment.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
  • Meeting Minutes and Records: Prepare accurate meeting minutes and records, ensuring that important information is documented and easily accessible.
  • Office Routines and Scheduling: Determine and implement office routines, schedules, and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Information Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient information management.
  • Correspondence and Research: Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as conduct research as needed.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and lead office and volunteer staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
