We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Exclusive Enterprises Ltd. in Canada.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that involves overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to optimize business operations
- Establish and maintain work priorities to ensure efficient task management
- Coordinate office activities and ensure compliance with established procedures
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement policies to improve office efficiency and productivity
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $55,000 - CAD $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
This role is full-time, with 40 hours worked per week. The language of work is English.
