At PRO TECH COLLISION LTD, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship in the collision repair industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to oversee the administrative aspects of our business. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain efficient administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Participate in government or community programs/initiatives that support newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Indigenous people, and visible minorities;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
- Knowledge of business operations principles and practices;
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
- A permanent work term and 40 hours per week schedule;
- English language proficiency.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
