About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure

Working Conditions
