Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger Factory Guelph. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and manage staff performance
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting
