Claims Leadership Position

At Aviva, we're looking for a talented Claims Leader to join our team. As a Front Line Leader, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our claims handlers and driving customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:- Lead and motivate a team of claims handlers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce claims handling time
- Work closely with internal and external partners to resolve claims and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
