Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of claims handlers to achieve customer service excellence
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce failure and improve efficiency
- Champion a systems thinking approach to drive business results
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Knowledge of claims handling processes and procedures
