We are seeking a talented Claims Leader to join our team at Aviva Canada. As a Claims Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting our Frontline claims handlers and driving customer obsessed service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of claims handlers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling processes and reduce cycle times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide coaching and guidance to claims handlers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
