About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data entry, and document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, including data entry, document management, and communication with team members.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating project schedules, and maintaining project files.
  • Provide support to project managers and team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or construction management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
