About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Track and manage project budget, schedule, scope, KPIs, and risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with technical team members, business relationship managers, business analysts, and IT PMO directors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and change requests to appropriate decision-makers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and communicate project status reports to stakeholders and governance bodies.
  • Financial Management: Manage project financials and ensure resolution of anomalies.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience as a project manager for complex projects and programs.
  • IT Infrastructure Experience: 3+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and integration projects.
  • Education: University degree or college diploma, or proven work experience in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of tools and techniques, including Microsoft Office Project, Excel, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, solid organizational and time-management skills, strong analytical thinking and innovation skills, and ability to work closely with process owners and stakeholders.
