Your Impact

• Efficiently manage the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

• Generate and secure shipping paperwork and labels for each shipment, maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations.

• Receive and process materials in Oracle, generating shipping paperwork and labels promptly and accurately.

• Manage shipping inventory, ensuring it is stored and moved efficiently in the warehouse.

• Provide backup support for shipping team members as needed.

• Order necessary supplies for the shipping department, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.

• Meet customer order specifications in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

• Physical capability to perform basic tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Experience with domestic and international shipping, including knowledge of regulations and compliance.

• Fluency in English.

Working Conditions

The Shipping Associate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to warehouse machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
