Your Responsibilities

  • Pack products efficiently using warehousing equipment, such as pallet jacks or hoists.
  • Generate and secure shipping paperwork and labels for each shipment.
  • Receive material in Oracle and generate shipping paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Manage shipping inventory, ensuring it is moved and stored in the designated area in the warehouse.
  • Back up in shippers' absence.
  • Order necessary supplies for shipping department.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and take part in regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • Meet customer order specifics in a timely manner.
  • Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Physical capability to perform basic tasks such as lifting up to 50lb.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping.
  • Fluency in English.

Working Conditions

Office/Warehouse environment. Must be able to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting 50lb.
