About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at 2601804 Ontario Inc. as an Office Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in administrative procedures and a passion for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Priorities: Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
