Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Work Priorities: Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
