We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at TENAXX LOGISTICS LTD. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the implementation of new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Cultural Competency: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
