Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Deejay's Auto Sales & Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
