About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paving Stone Installation Specialist to join our team at Strong Base Interlock and Construction. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including interlocking paving stones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior prefabricated products, including interlocking paving stones, and repair and service existing products as needed.
  • Site Preparation: Determine layout and installation procedures, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professionalism and a high level of satisfaction with our work.
  • Documentation: Document and prepare invoices and work orders, and maintain accurate records of work completed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train on the job.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with physically demanding tasks and repetitive activities.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Utilize hand tools and other equipment as needed.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
