About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Paving Stone Installation Specialist to join our team at Strong Base Interlock and Construction. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including paving stones, to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of Exterior Products: Install exterior prefabricated products, including paving stones, to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Reading and Interpreting Plans: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Documentation and Invoicing: Document and prepare invoices and work orders for completed installations.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure efficient installation.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and safely.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Environment: This role involves working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Work Setting: The installation will take place on construction sites, requiring the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate must be able to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
