About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paving Stone Installation Specialist to join our team at Strong Base Interlock and Construction. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including paving stones, to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as paving stones, to meet customer specifications.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to maintain their integrity and appearance.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and effective work processes.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders to maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Experience in construction and installation is preferred, but not necessary, as we provide on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

As a Paving Stone Installation Specialist, you will work outdoors in a construction setting, installing paving stones and other exterior prefabricated products. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality results.

Language and Work Hours
