About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paving Stone Installation Specialist to join our team at Strong Base Interlock and Construction. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including paving stones, to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, such as paving stones, to meet customer specifications
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to maintain their integrity and appearance
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work practices
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders to maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a smooth installation process
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installation tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a team setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and priorities
