Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team at the MARVEN MASSAGE CLINIC. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare institution, working closely with our staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. As an Office Manager Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients and staff;
- Answering phone calls, relaying messages, and providing exceptional customer service;
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information as required;
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering materials as needed;
- Overseeing payroll administration and performing basic bookkeeping tasks;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years;
- At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience;
- The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
- Judgement and reliability in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information;
- Dependability and time management skills to meet deadlines;
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities;
- Accountability for actions and decisions made in the workplace;
This role requires:
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations (public transportation is available);

- Undergo a criminal record check prior to commencement of employment;
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed;
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
- Have strong client focus and interpersonal skills;
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively;

- Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities;
