- Foster effective collaboration with multiple organizational leaders across a large enterprise, facilitating smooth program adoption and adherence.
- Align diverse stakeholder perspectives, harmonize discordant views, and build consensus through influence and effective communication.
- Create and maintain comprehensive wikis, technical guides, and documentation to provide engineering teams with clear and actionable guidance for implementing security best practices, compliance standards, and development life cycle processes.
- Establish robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various Security, Best Practices, and SDLC Compliance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder visibility through regular reporting, meetings, and presentations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Author compelling technical proposals to secure sponsorship and support for the rollout of best practice initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to build a compelling case for adoption.
- Establish office hours, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other support mechanisms to assist engineering teams in implementing best practice solutions effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, empowering teams to adopt and adhere to security, best practices, and compliance standards.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
