Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior QE Automation Specialist. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-performing applications and ensuring the quality of our software products.

What You Will Do

  • Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirement documents and business user stories.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using test automation tools.
  • Execute test cases (manual/automated), document test results, and raise defects whenever necessary.
  • Work with JIRA, Confluence, and qTest for test case management, defect management, test reporting, and other functions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand-up meetings, demo sessions, and retrospective meetings.
  • Run E2E and integration testing.
  • Participate in defect triage and Scrum meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation frameworks/tools, e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, REST API, Postman, and development in Python language (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
  • Database technologies (MS SQL, Teradata, Sybase, Vertica, Hadoop) and 5+ years in-depth knowledge of T-SQL. Experience working with ETL applications.
  • With a Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience having minimum 5+ years of experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (Cloud, distributed, and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases).
  • Good knowledge of QE Processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, and Defect Management processes for application testing, development, and support with hands-on experience in creating test cases, executing manual/automated test cases.
  • Knowledge of Testing Methodologies with hands-on experience on JIRA, Confluence, and qTest; Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Tools such as Jenkins, Helios, GIT, UCD, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving, design, and analytical skills.
