About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in administering and enhancing employee benefits programs. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with employees and management to optimize benefits offerings, address employee needs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Labatt employees and retirees, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage various taxable benefits, insurance, and pension funds for employees and retirees, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Assist employees in navigating benefits platforms, including Workday and Flex portal, to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Coordinate employee enrollment during movements and annual enrollment on Workday and Flex Portal, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve common issues related to pensions or benefits, providing solutions at source.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to address taxable benefits, pension funds, salary adjustments, and other rewards-related matters.
  • Calculate and adjust taxable benefits and pensions for employees and retirees at year-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process vendor payments, reconcile transactions, and conduct audits to maintain financial integrity.
  • Manage Beer Card/Beer voucher activities, distributing and consolidating these benefits as needed.
  • Perform other rewards-related tasks as assigned by the Rewards Manager.

Requirements:

  • University degree with a focus on human resources management or a related field.
  • Bilingual (French and English) proficiency is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in rewards-related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills are crucial for success in this role.
