- Kitchen Management: Lead and manage our kitchen team, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation is essential.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen, and proficiency in English is required.
