About the Role

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance on sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Train staff in job duties and develop their skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and cost control decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu items, as well as experience with inventory management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and customer service principles.
