Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our restaurant's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and cash handling. You will also be required to maintain high standards of food safety, health and safety regulations, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 staff members, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive dining experience.
  • Food Safety and Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to food safety and health and safety.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining accurate records, balancing cash, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. They must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads, if necessary.

Salary and Benefits
