Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of customer service, food quality, and staff performance meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and manage inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and quality control standards are met
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
* Hire, train, and develop high-performing food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
* Monitor and manage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial sustainability
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* High school graduation certificate and completion of a food safety certification program
Work Environment: Our restaurant is located in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The work site environment is noisy, with frequent exposure to odors, wet/damp conditions, and hot temperatures. The work setting is a fast food outlet or concession, with a focus on quick service and customer satisfaction.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
