Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at HOK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that design intent is consistently executed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design Management: Oversee the development of architectural designs, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and are in line with industry standards.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed architect with current registration in your region, and LEED credential required within 6 months of employment.

Additional Requirements

  • Reliability Security Clearance: Must have or be eligible for Reliability Security Clearance.
  • Travel and Overtime: Travel may be required, and overtime may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
