Dynamic Sales and Merchandising Opportunity
Brand Momentum is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our national sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for managing the company's products and programs to selected retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing client retail priorities, including product distribution, display maintenance, and shelf detailing
- Building and leveraging strong store management relationships
- Providing regular merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, POG changes, and OOS correction
- Preparing and submitting required reporting on a daily basis
- Providing feedback and insights to help grow the business
Requirements:
- Merchandising experience with a focus on Walmart and the grocery channel
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Good understanding and comfortability in using various reporting information and computer skills (Excel)
- Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment
- Ability to lift up to 15kgs and stand for several hours to complete in-store work
