Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Travelodge Edmundston. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage all hotel staff members, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Services: Ensure high-quality guest services are provided to meet and exceed customer expectations, maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk operation.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Human Resources: Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the hotel's expenses and revenue, making informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
