Kitchen Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Kitchen Operations Assistant at LOCA Management Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Inventory Management
Develop and implement menu plans to ensure efficient food preparation and minimize waste.
Supply Chain ManagementSource and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet the needs of our culinary operations.
Culinary OperationsPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the dietary needs of our customers.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
Cleanliness and SanitationMaintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work SettingThis is a permanent position with a variable work schedule.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language spoken in this role.
Hours30 to 40 hours per week are required for this position.
