Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring the cleanliness of our kitchen and work areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Operations Assistant at Headquarters Restaurant & Bar, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
