Visual Manager Job Description

As a Visual Manager at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience through effective visual merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the General Manager to support the team in achieving sales goals, building a strong brand image, and maintaining a positive and energetic store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize store sales and create a compelling brand experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and achieve profitability expectations.
  • Lead by example and inspire a strong sales culture, ensuring a positive and energetic team environment.
  • Provide input on visual presentation and merchandising strategies, ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Manage the preparation of merchandise for floor set execution, including merchandise maps.
  • Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, and organized, reflecting the correct visual image.
  • Manage stock capacity in partnership with the General Manager and Logistics.
  • Report variances and adjustments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
  • Preferred Retail System knowledge.
