Visual Manager Job Description

As a Visual Manager at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that showcase the brand's luxury and elegance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that maximize store sales and create an engaging client experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability through effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Lead by example and inspire a strong sales culture on the sales floor.
  • Provide input on visual presentation and merchandising strategies to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Manage and maintain a positive and energetic team culture, with a high-performing sales team.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and presentation reflect brand standards and compliance to directives.
  • Plan, direct, and implement all corporate merchandising directives.
  • Manage stock capacity in partnership with General Manager and Logistics.
Requirements:
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
  • Preferred Retail System knowledge.
