Visual Manager Job Description

As a Visual Manager at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience through effective visual merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the General Manager to support the team in achieving sales goals, building a strong talent culture, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize store sales and create an engaging client experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive sales and profitability through effective allocation decisions and merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, inspiring a positive and energetic team culture.
  • Provide input on visual presentation and merchandising strategies, ensuring the store environment represents the brand standards.
  • Manage the preparation of merchandise for floor set execution, including merchandise maps and visual displays.
  • Ensure the compliance of all company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising directives.
  • Support the General Manager in achieving store Profit & Loss results, specifically controllable visual expenses.
Requirements:
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
  • Preferred Retail System knowledge.
