About the Role:

As a Server Assistant at Café Boulud, you will play a key role in providing a superb dining experience that aligns with our high standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Food Server and Food Runner in clearing and setting tables efficiently and according to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Assist with table settings and clearing
  • Work collaboratively with the Food Server and Food Runner to ensure seamless service
  • Meet Café Boulud's service standards and maintain a high level of personal presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous Busperson experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English
  • Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous for career progression
