About the Role

The Server Assistant assists the Food Server and Food Runner in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Café Boulud standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Café Boulud standards and learn the sequence of service is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • At minimum 1 year previous Busperson experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
  • Additional language a definite asset for career growth
