Job Title: Sous Chef - Thai Cuisine Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Thai Nongkhai. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
