We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Heritage Nanny Community Living and Support Inc. The successful candidate will provide support and services to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
  • Conduct assessments to identify client strengths and development needs
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to support client goals
  • Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services
  • Supervise activities of clients in group homes and half-way houses
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programs
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
