About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Operations Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the strategic and operational management of our maintenance, reliability, and environmental functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: Develop and implement a strategic vision for preventive and corrective maintenance, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintenance Program Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs to ensure maximum availability of equipment and critical infrastructure.
  • Maintenance Management Systems: Implement and manage maintenance management systems to monitor performance, identify trends, and anticipate future needs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Team and Resource Management
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of maintenance professionals.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate human and financial resources to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide inspiring and motivating leadership to foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
Environmental Management
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations in collaboration with various departments.
  • Sustainability Integration: Integrate environmental practices into maintenance processes to support the organization's sustainability objectives.
