Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Maintenance, Reliability and Environment, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of our organization, Paul Davis Restoration of Greenville and Spartanburg. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring equipment reliability and availability while guaranteeing compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Equipment Maintenance and Reliability:

  • Pursue and adjust the strategic vision for preventive and corrective maintenance, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs to ensure maximum availability of equipment and critical infrastructure, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Implement maintenance management systems to monitor performance, identify trends, and anticipate future needs, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Maintain and constantly improve the level of service offered to operational departments, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance processes to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Team and Resource Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of maintenance professionals, developing their skills and expertise to drive success.
  • Efficiently allocate human and financial resources to optimize maintenance operations, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.
  • Provide inspiring and motivating leadership to foster a collaborative and safe work environment, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Actively participate in the management of team working relationships in conjunction with the operations team, driving collaboration and synergy.

Environmental Management:

  • In collaboration with various departments, ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations, maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Develop strategies to reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainable use of resources, driving environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility.
  • Integrate environmental practices into maintenance processes to support the organization's sustainability objectives, ensuring a long-term commitment to environmental excellence.
