Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at JBRINE 6179 LUNDY'S LANE GP INC. as a key member of our facilities management team.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our cleaning services are provided within our means.
- Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
