Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers to arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
