About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at JBRINE 6179 LUNDY'S LANE GP INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our cleaning services are provided within our means.
  • Task Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
